Having experience is great but it’s just that – experience. Doing something for 5, 7, 10, 20 years can guarantee only one thing – you have done it for so long. Do those years translate into skills, knowledge, practice? Unknown. That’s one of the many reasons to have interviews. Some people make every year worthy, others – don’t. Those that don’t.
